Vegan Cannibalism
Hat, Hand, or Boot is a theatrical dining experience where every element—from chair to spoon—is custom made. Created in collaboration with Long Prawn, Emerald Wise, and Robert Sawter, the event explores future food systems through four experimental, mostly plant-based morsels. Each course challenges ideas of waste, excess, and conscious consumption, inviting guests to engage with food as both performance and provocation.
